Jennifer (Jen) Lee – Registered Massage Therapist

Jen is a Registered Massage Therapist with extensive experience in therapeutic care, biomechanics, and high-performance movement. Her treatments include deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping therapy, hot stone massage, head massage, facial stretch therapy, and facial release therapy.

She treats a variety of conditions including tension headaches, neck and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder and rotator cuff pathologies, sciatica and piriformis syndrome, scoliosis, postural imbalances such as upper and lower crossed syndromes, constipation, and stress-related muscle tension.

Prior to becoming an RMT, Jen spent over 25 years as a high-performance trampoline gymnastics coach, working with Canadian National Team and Olympic-level athletes. As a former high-performance athlete herself in hockey and gymnastics, she brings a practical, movement-based understanding of injury prevention, recovery, and long-term tissue health.

In addition to massage therapy, Jen is a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach. This background informs her approach to care, particularly when working with clients whose pain or tension is influenced by stress, lifestyle factors, or repetitive strain.

Treatment Philosophy:

Jen’s approach focuses on individualized treatment, combining clinical expertise with a whole-person perspective to support recovery, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
